VENDOR PERKS
Selling merch, art, food, or services? This is your chance to TAP INTO 600+ ATTENDEES over 3 days. We'll promote your stall on our socials, website, and at the event. You get prime real estate, power access, and the vendor camping zone so you can set up shop and stay all weekend.
LIMITED TO 30 VENDORS. First come, first served. When they're gone, they're gone.
WHAT YOU CAN SELL
- Clothing & merch (apparel, accessories, etc.)
- Art & prints (paintings, posters, stickers)
- Food & drinks (must comply with QLD food safety)
- Handmade goods (jewelry, crafts, etc.)
- Services (tattoos, piercings, henna, etc.)
⚠️ NO: Weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, or anything that violates Australian law.
NOT INCLUDED (BUT AVAILABLE)
- VIP/Artist BBQ access (can purchase separately)
- Backstage access (can purchase VIP upgrade)
- Stall furniture (tables, racks - BYO or rent from us)
IMPORTANT INFO
- ABN/Business registration required
- Must have public liability insurance ($10M minimum)
- Load-in: Thursday March 19, 2026 (4pm-8pm)
- Load-out: Sunday March 22, 2026 (2pm-6pm)
- You keep 100% of your sales (we take $0 commission)
- Power access limited to 10 amps per stall
